UNDER REVIEW — formal terms of service are being prepared with counsel. Until they land, this page states what governs enrollment today.
The operative agreement
Enrollment is governed by the consent packet signed during checkout — the program agreement, AI account consent, media release, liability waiver, emergency contact authorization, and 18-and-over attestation, each shown in full before your typed signature. That packet, in the version you signed, is the agreement between us.
Terms already in force
Full refund up to 7 days before your start date. Inside 7 days, seats are committed. Each week's price and seat cap are stated on its week page before you pay. Seats are paid in full at enrollment.
What's coming
Formal terms of service for the website itself are in attorney review and will replace this page. The consent packet stays the enrollment agreement either way.
