The operative agreement
Enrollment is governed by the consent packet signed during checkout — the program agreement, AI account consent, media release, liability waiver, and emergency contact authorization, each shown in full before your typed signature. That packet, in the version you signed, is the agreement between us.
Terms already in force
Full refund up to 7 days before your start date. Inside 7 days, seats are committed. Each week's price and seat cap are stated on its week page before you pay. A 25% deposit, where offered, holds a seat with the balance due the day before the week starts.
What's coming
Formal terms of service for the website itself are in attorney review and will replace this page. The consent packet stays the enrollment agreement either way.
