Privacy

UNDER REVIEW — this page describes how the platform works today, in plain language. A formal privacy policy is being prepared with counsel and will replace it.

What we store

Enrollment runs on the parent or adult enrollee's name and email. For a minor student we keep first name, last initial, and grade — nothing more. The consent packet signed at enrollment records the signer's typed name, the document versions, and the emergency contact a family provides. Payment runs entirely on Stripe; card numbers never touch our systems.

What we don't

Students have no accounts, no logins, and no email addresses here — the parent is the identity. The site runs no advertising trackers. Session recordings are unlisted videos, embedded through YouTube's privacy-enhanced player and reachable only from an enrolled family's member hub.

Who processes it

Supabase hosts the database and sign-in links. Stripe handles payment. Resend delivers transactional email. YouTube serves recording embeds. Each processes data only to run the service you see.

What's coming

The formal policy — retention, deletion requests, and the full legal detail — is in attorney review. Until it lands, questions reach us by replying to any enrollment email.
